exciting thing you have ever done?
me canoeing the grand canyon with some buds on a raft trip ( got to do it 3 times) and some first descents in colorado.
getting to fly in the back seat of an f4 in 73 is tied.

im not a very exciting individual. .

i used to get a thrill ridin a long wheelie though.

Don't know how exciting this was (not a lot of folks get to) but I got to fly in the Goodyear blimp once, back when Goodyear was the only company with a blimp.

I've ridden the Mini Mine and Mine Trains at Six Flags...granted, that's been 25 years or so ago.

I jumped out of an airplane.

How about Taking a cruz across the Atlantic. The SS Norway was at the time the Biggest Cruise ship on the Sea. Got the Old time Water Cannon Parade when we entered the NY hourbor by 5 of NY finest Fire boats. Watched the Sun set over the new York Highrises including the World Trade Center towers as we left the Hourbor. Then started across the Atlantic.
Went with-in a few miles of the Titantic resting place. 2nd day out we watched the Sun set and the had Dinner. Then Spent the night in the Casino till 2AM and then went up on deck and spent the rest of the night looking at the stars and watched the Sun Rise the next morning. Didnt hit the sack till 7AM. Thought that was kind of a Neat experiance that alot of people cant say they have done?

I've done so many exciting things in my life I can't pick one.

Set up ambushes down on the Rio Grande River and having them pay-off.

And working for the forest service as a fire fighter.

Escaped from a prison chain gang in the South a few times.

Hard to decide. Breaking a story on a city legal violation and scandal is pretty awesome. Gets a lot of people to hate you, which is fun in its own right.

My children! They have been entertaining me for over 22 years!

Jumping out of a CH-46 Sea-Knight as a SAR swimmer in the Navy. Did it in Puget Sound in Washington,Persian Gulf,and Red Sea. Pretty dang fun.

I have two, one was holding my first son when he was born. Second was when my wife flatlined on the OP table when giving birth to our twins a year ago. They tried to get me out of the room but I wouldn't move. I never prayed so hard in my life. Luckily they gave her adrenaline and she came out of it.

Rafting on the Arkansas River and going through a wall of water.

I rode the glass bottom boat at Aquarena Springs and saw a swimming pig.

I drove my patrol car at 130mph for 26 miles to back up some other officers at a fight in progress involving about 40 people. I was very excited and scared at the same time.

I have walked away from 1 parachute malfunction and 2 helicopter crashes. I would say those if you define exciting by the pucker factor going from 0 to the lumps on the side of your neck are your boys in a split second.

Canyoning, where you repel down the waterfalls of a river and work your way down the canyon. Jumping off cliffs in the jemez into the a canyon was probably down right stupid, but exciting in a bad way. Both of these scared the karp out of me.

I always wanted to get to go on a ride when they had a blimp stationed here in Houston.

Alas, being a member of the lower class status, I never received an invite.

But, no bitterness here....I really hope PGR thoroughly enjoyed his d***** blimp ride.
