About 2 or 3 times each month, I wake up between 3:00am - 4:00am thinking about work. I can't go back to sleep.

Anyone experience this on a consistant basis?

I must admit that I never wake up between 3:00 - 4:00 a.m. thinking about your work. Sorry.

No hot secretary here.

Just wondered if it was common. It started about a year ago. Typically, I'm not a big worrier. It may just be me getting old.

Unfortunately it happens to me all the time. I would give my left one to get a full nights sleep. Even sleep medicine doesn't help me out.

It happens to me some too but only occasionally. Always because what some knucklehead union member has said and the how the other numbskulls listen to it and agree with it.

You'd have to hear it to believe it happens.

I have not had a "good" nights sleep since I was in my early twenties. And I am a very, very, very old man. frown
