Or Angler's Pro Tackle inside Fun and Sun Marine in Hurst. Be sure to call before driving out just to make sure they have it in stock.

The general consensus is yes. It's not magic spray, is the fish aren't there you aren't gunna catch any anyways. But it can turn a slow day into a good day.

I just may have to get some of this stuff. One catfisherman uses this stuff on several cut baits and uses my catfish calendar & has amazing results. Their last outing, they only fished for 24 to 36 hour. They threw at least a third of their catch back. Their huge marine ice chest was too heavy for the 2 of them to hoist, so they had to build a ramp to get it up & into the truck. He said they had 50 pounds of fillets or more.

So, after hearing of the stuff, and this catfishermen's catches, and some info from Tru-Turn Hooks on red colored hooks & relation to the red of fish gills, I must say it makes common sense as to why it seems to work so well.

i've never noticed a difference between shad that I've sprayed with red dead and shad that I haven't sprayed, but i know if you soak some chicken breasts in the stuff both channels and blues will bite on them. I was skeptical of this until I saw it work over and over one day.

I smell some anise oil in it I think and maybe some hints of clove. beef kidney soaks it up real good and stays well on the hook when trolling it on the sides of my kayak.

I had already bought 6 and left 8 bottles behind at the bargain cave at Cabela's Buda, but after reading this thread and posting I went back for the remaining 8 got em all at $2 each. I also got a gallon bucket of secret 7 for $5.

Cut your bait, hook it up, shake the bottle and give the bait several sprays. Pretty simple.
