You have attempted to reach a site that has been filtered due to Baylor Health Care System policies. eeks

I guess Baylor does not approve of Craigslist.

I think $3,000 is highway robbery for that vehicle with no a/c or power steering.

That's the message I received while trying to look at the link. I am still at the hospital with my uncle. I guess Baylor thinks Craigslist is not a nice site for me to visit.

The price is good it's just not eye catching enough for me.

This is a fun project folks. These Broncos bring 10-25k when restored

Does it have the removable top? Now those Broncos were neat.

I'd go tapping around to find all the bondo work first, check fenders, around doors, etc... That could be a remodel nightmare if it has some bubba gump bondo job that's gonna suck in a couple years.

Majority of the cheap ones I look at are rust buckets. The good solid ones bring a lot more money than that. I would be very careful.

Or you could be a Dumbarse like my dad and sell a damn near perfect 1977 crew cab 4x4 highboy F250 Custom for 2500$. The guy bought it and sold it for 10k, felt bad and gave my dad an extra 500$ after he sold it. I was 15, it was gonna be my first truck.... I'm still bitter 13 years later...

I would give 2000 for it if some showed up and wanted to trade it in. That's not a bad deal for one coolARSE BRONCO.

That sounds like the guy that wanted 3200 for an 87 s10 pickup and 5000 if he had to finance it.

I agree with the checking for bondo, also check and see if the wheel wells have been cut to put the bigger tires under it. Otherwise, if the thing cranks and runs, it's probably worth 3K. Hard to find a hard top that is still in good shape.

I had a 1971 Bronco that I bought in 1972 and drove it until 1984 when I traded it in on a El Camino. I was having trouble getting parts for any break down, but I looked a little and there seems to be parts avaliable. Avaliable, but expensive. The Bronco was tough, but tough to drive. It wasn't much of a comfortable ride, but I was a lot younger. If you get serious about this Bronco, give it a good going over. I repainted mine and there was quite a bit of rust through in the top. The motor was sound, but the body was built when Detroit was building junk. Check out the rear skid plate over the gas tank. There was just a little room between the tank and the skid plate and the last thing I had to replace was the gas tank. Mud got stuck in there and rusted the tank out. The hinge on the windshield was rusting pretty good and I never took the roof off or folded the windshield down. Another thing to think of, is the Bronco has a short wheel base and is sort of top heavy. Be careful, don't climb a hill at an angle, go straight up or don't go. Good luck.
