Launched at casino this morning, made into the pond no probs, 1' and real dirty water 57 water temp. Went on up into other areas of nc without any luck. Noticed just north of bridge water clarity got better, overall tuff day. When i got home, wife says whats that smell? SKUNK! We did see 2 feral hogs and some piglets while we was in the "pond". Anybody else fair any better?
Fished worth yesterday from 8-2 and only had 1 bite.

Fished last Wednesday and only caught 2, both on LFT hyper worm. Water was 54-55 deg.; very stained between 199 Bridge and 820. Better between 820 and dam but still off-color. IMO, water needs to "settle" for clarity and be 10 deg. warmer for things to improve significantly. Unfortunately, no way for water to get warmer until night temps get warmer.
