The video's are phenomenal to say the least. Shame that none of them were filmed in some rougher water, though. What really really impressed this old goat was the stability.

anyone? anyone?

I haven't paddled one, so all I can say is that I wish the Pathfinder wad rated at 500 pounds capacity. If it was I would probably bite the bullet and buy one without even test paddling it, just on cool factor alone.

Ocean Kayak PBG, Humminbird 160, square center hatch, deck lighting, all that good stuff... basically more money in accessories than I spent on the boat itself, and it came with the seat and paddle, so that's saying something.

Hey Jerry, I haven't seen anyone around here that has one of those. Have you had any luck selling that boat yet?

Haven't sold it YET!!! I called the Freedom Hawk folks in Massachusetts and said if I wanted to actually "test drive" one, Austin is the closes place that sells them...dagnabit!

Theyre neat and a great concept. I haven't paddled one, but I've heard complaints about the cam locking devices failing and the the fact that the hull is not real efficient even when in the locked position. No doubt they are stable though.

Who in Austin sells them. I could go take one for a test drive. Putting me on one will definitely test the stability. And I can compare it to my PBG as far as efficiency is concerned.
