I've been in seas like that and it's no joke. Winter of 2000 crossing the Atlantic, you want to talk about the power of nature. It will make you realize just how small you are.


On that note, I could still run them on pad in the triton without a hiccup smile

Been there done that, on station the bearing sea, 35 ft. seas. Steamed full ahead for 9 hrs. ended up 7 miles back from when we hit the storm. We had to tie ourselves to the rail on lookout watch. LOL Alot of the guys were sleeping with life jackets on. Fun times! LOL LOL <*)))>{
