just wondering if anyone has ever used any big inline spinners for them. I was thinking of making me some LARGE spinners with a single hook that a soft plastic could be added to it like a sassy or fluke or something. I figure the blade would give a little flash and vibration. May sound stupid, but curious on any thoughts. juggle

Large Rooster Tails certainly work. Find some of Dennis Christian's threads regarding using Mepps Spinners.

It will give me something to do... maybe if they look ok, I will give some away to see if they work. Since my daughter was born I have little time to experiment with stuff like that.

they certainly work.

i think most people don't use them because they sink slow....... especially when slabs are working.

They are a lot that type of plug that people use big jig head with a spinner blade. Like a hyper striper or the big 3/4 to 1 oz road runner. There is another called a stump something. But there a lot of that type of plug on the market and they are very successful.
