Someone has to be out fishing... I put an old depth finder on an 83 year old mans boat today so he MIGHT be able to see when he is getting into shallow water, lol.

It's ALL good..

The calendar says it is February 1st, but you would never believe it out there on the lake today, 82 degrees and very little wind. I took a couple of friends out to do some Bass fishing, they would not cooperate for us so at 1 pm we decided to go catch some fish for their fish fry on Super Bowl Sunday. Let's say the big girls were biting very good, the three on the left were all 22 3/4 inches long and weighed around 8 pounds, the others were all solid 19"+ inch Hybrids'

Hello,

Are y'all using live shad or artificial? Main lake or further upstream? Thinking about going out Sunday.

Also, anyone know why I get the message "Search Disabled"?

thanks,

Main lake, anywhere between TLP south and both westcliffs. Somedays they are hanging on the flats and somedays they are on the main river ledges. The birds will tell you a general area, then just look with graph.

My son lives over by the bridge on 36. We go fishing when I visit. Last time the water was shallow and I messed my prop up. Where's a good place to catch whites or hybrids. Hope to meet some locals that love to fish.

Lots of big floating logs and trees out there yesterday, but dock at TLP was nice to use. I've been beach launching on Travis all year. Caught about 16 hybrids and 4 whites 2/22 evening in just 2 hours. Birds will tell you where they're at for sure.

How's the lake look above Rogers Park? Anybody fishing around sandy flat? Just wondering if it is really muddy. Looks like Belton is only 5 feet low now!
