Does anyone watch tv shows on their computer/iPad/iPhone? Does anyone have Slingbox? Does anyone control their DVR or set programming from their phone while away from the house?
I heard by next year there will be an app where your phone will soon be your tv remote controller at most all hotels.
Amazing stuff! Just curious if you use the technology that is out there.

I use my phone for DVR control away from home. Do watch a tv show or two while in the hottub, and stream NFL games on the TV that are not broadcast in DFW.
I watch netflix on my tablet nightly while I soak in a hot tub.

I watch some TV shows online. NCIS- Los Angeles, Hell's Kitchen, Terra Nova, Revenge, Glee.....oh wait....did I say "Glee" ? I meant Kitchen nightmares...

Technology is the debil...:) But I am getting a new Iphone so I can again join the 21st century...lost my work one when I got laid off...:) I saw where Bill Dance even has an app now...where is the world going...:)
I even have an app that is pretty much worthless except for the cool factor. Where I can use my phone as a remote keyboard and mouse on my PC.

In 3-5 years our phones will be our mobile PC units. Just plug in a monitor, mouse and keyboard. You won't have to access public WIFI networks. Won't that be nice?
Scientists have now developed a machine that can read minds! Nanotechnology is making leaps and bounds. I bet our grand kids see a working replicator in their lifetime! Pretty exciting stuff on the way.
