JC and Justin Wilson in their day (and forever) were priceless. RDM is a completely different deal with Phil and Brent. One of if not the most hilarious prank calls I've ever heard in my life. Especially in the first couple years BY GOD!!!!
After sitting around a mesquite fire in deer camp and listening to RDM for thirty minutes, my face and my gut hurt from uncontrollable smiling and laughing. First time, second time and on and on. My favorite remains "Green Apples". No 55 gallon drum of azz-whoop but the funniest to me.

My dad met Jerry at a hotel in South Carolina way back when, and got Jerry to sign a book, I think it was "Let the hammer down", my dad's name is John, so Jerry signed it "To knock em out John, God Bless, Jerry Clower". I have that book now, works out well, since my name is John as well.

Two different types of humor. Clower is a master story teller and Mercer does fake phone calls. Both are funny.

I heard one of the Mercer pranks while driving through Tulsa several years ago. I thought to myself, surely these people have caught on by now. Then I remembered I was driving through Oklahoma.
