Sometimes less is more or at least that is what I am learning when building baits and painting baits. Sometimes the best ones are not all foo-foo such as this simple green pumpkin blue that I named after the Sabine River that runs through East Texas and feeds into Fork. One of my favorite ways to design skirt color is to base them on my favorite soft plastic colors. I will be adding some fine blue glitter to the head as well in the future.

Sweet! After seeing you rigs I have considered getting into making my own jigs. Love the color.

Looks good Mark! That trailer is a great match for the jig color.
