I need to install one on my new truck. Has anyone ever done this? Is it very difficult, or is it something that a layman can do? Any advice is appreciated.

I put one on my 96 F-350 and it was no problem. It was the stick on disc antenna and I tucked the wire undeer the windshield trim, followed the gap between the fender and body till I got about halve way down, then just formed the wire to go along the door jam. I didn't drill any holes, just let it mash into the door weather stripping. Changed it over to my truck I drive now and did the same. No problems.
