WTH?
did it cause any significant pain? did you have to have surgery?
I assume it is, or can be more than just a swollen gooch?

need to do some sit ups so you dont bust a gut under normal lifting.

I have had three. A double and a left inguinal. Yes they can hurt. Yes I had to have surgery to repair them. Go get checked out, Sheb. If you have an inguinal hernia and the muscle tears further, you could end up with your guts in your drawers.

in the process of getting it checked out, going to go see one of those crazy people that went to school for 14 years to be licensed to poke people (a doctor). the inguinal, i THINK is what Im referring to. In the crotch area.. thats the area of concern anyway. cant. not sure I will even when I can again. Havent smoked since 2008.

how long a recovery time might there be if surgery is required? (which I presume is the only fix based on my research)
