Used to go out with Dolphin Docks a lot, but not recently. Always caught fish. 12 hour or longer trips are the best. One trip I caught my limit of huge sow red snaps plus half of the passengers' limits. Caught and released and watched sharks eat several huge red drums as well...all 40+".

Capt. Brian Cody high bid charters is who i used religiously till we got our own boat. Cool Capt. always brought home plenty to fill the freezer. Also you tell him what you want to catch and thats what you will target. Instead of a capt. that just takes you to fill up on small easy to catch fish

Captain Brian is good.
As is:
John Brennan
Nate Forbes
Pete Young
Tom Farley
Butch Findely

And plenty of other captains down here.

Look to her for inspiration and you will learn the secrets to living a good life. The most Important lesson it would seem is to make sure you spend as much time fishing as anything else.
