Wanted to let everyone know that there are a few places left to stay for the McDonalds tournament in April. I got a call this morning and the lady said that she called 10 places and all booked. We have several cabins and private lake homes still open. Most of them have privacy, high speed internet, satellite TV, and some have parking on the bank so you don't have to launch every morning. We rent by the week until the tournament is 30 days out and then will do a 4 night minimum. But if you have a small group, it is cheaper and much nicer than staying in a small hotel room. The lake is in great shape and had a friend catch a 12.51 in a recent tournament. Last time the lake was this low during the spawn, we had 6 SHARE A LUNKERS caught. The lake is now 9.95 feet below pool which is almost 4 feet higher than summertime low. At this level the trap bite is awesome.
