I'm pretty sure it will fit, but I do not know if Yamaha uses the same cowling for the 200 as they do for the 225/250. The 225 and 250 have the same cowling, but with a different horsepower sticker affixed. If anything, it might be too big and you may have to pull it tighter if it doesn't. I will take $90 + Shipping for it. _________________________
