It was kinda nice Saturday and I done got the CBSP white bass itch so I drove down to check the park out Saturday afternoon. We have country upstream in Mills county on the Colorado and new the river had been up 10 feet or so here. I wasn't expecting to see any fishermen nor people period. "Wrong" on the people part. Lots and lots of tent folks with mountain bikes and hiking boots. No fishermen of course with the shallow murky and fast runoff water. Guess the sunny skies and warmer temperatures were just to much for folks to stay home. Saw lake level reports where Buchanan was still down 30 plus feet so I'm trying to keep from getting to pumped on the white bass run from down there. Come on Mother Nature spread your wrath on us Bend fools.

Buchanan caught more water than I expected and was up a little over a foot I would guess. Long ways to go but a nice start.
