Well, I was debating last week on weather or not to make the long drive to Monticello or Lake Fork this past weekend for a couple of days of fishing. I hink I made the right choice by picking Fork! We did not catch many fish over the weekend, but the quality bite on the jig was there.
Caught this fish Saturday afternoon at 2:40 PM on a ¾ oz black 7 blue Santone Jig. She measured out at 24.25 inches long and 21.5 inches in girth. Happy to say she is still swimming there today to lay all those eggs in her belly!
