I went out yesterday to do some work on my slip getting the trees and tarp situated before the fish come in. The water level in the slips in anywhere from 5-7 ft depending on what dock you are on. B dock is the deepest with some slips in 7.5 ft of water, while F dock is in about 5.5ft. The water is muddy but clearing up, but a few fish are beginning to show up. Give it a week or two for the water to clear up and it should be on!

Few crappie caught on F dock yesterday! water is very stained right now. Gonna git the tarps in place to create more shade.

Me thinks in another week fishin is gonna be very good! Josh caught 5 keepers in 30 minutes yesterday on E dock! Them crappie is finding their homes real quick! smile

All ramps except Little Ridge & Collin are still closed. COE don't git in a hurry on many things. Their job on Lavon is 1st flood control, 2nd water supply and 3rd is recreation. So them ramps ain't a priority to the COE.
