On my wifes car whenever you sit at idle the oil light comes on. When you are driving its fine. Whats yalls opinion? by the way its a 07 chevy aveo Thanks

Most likely the oil sender and/or connector-- check out TSB 09-06-04-020B

look into this first,if not sure have some one do an oil pressure test hot in gear and compare the readings to be safe.

I had this problem with a GM car once.
It was fixed by adjusting the idle speed. The idle speed when in gear was about 75 RPM too slow.
