Now that the gates are open who will be fishing behine the spillway? Be careful, I would not park along the side of the rd. If the gate is opened park inside the gate. Better chance you will not be broken into.

Yea i know a few years ago they were breaking into cars and stealing some... I think thats why the parking lot is closed... I seen the guys who were doing it, i just didnt notice it was them until i thought about it..

Well i get dropped off i live a quarter mile away... I fished two days in a row and didnt catch nothing... All i used to catch were sandies and crappie... I havent seen no shad nor was the guy catching them with his net... One guy got one sandie while i was there...

Anyways i met a officer down there...

I really dont know if those thugs will return, ive seen alit if cars at the gate though.. Maybe by now they are in jail hopefully... I think this cold weather has the fish in lockjaw mode..

Thats like breaking down on 1382 south of I 20.You have to get a tow ASAP while there is still something left to tow.
