When I turn my Hydrowave unit off I still have sound traveling to the speaker. It isn't one of the pre-programmed sound patterns, it is basically just static noise. The only way to stop the noise is to cut all power to the unit by unplugging the power cord.
It's kind of a hassle and I'm wondering if this is a problem with my particular unit or if everyone is experiencing this.
happened to mine once too and I killed the power and hasn't done it since. The static noise to me sound no different then the normal static noise it makes for "effects".

I found out that my bluetooth is what was interfering with it (I think), because it was when I got a call in the truck on bluetooth and the boat was hooked up. When I got back out to check things I heard it. That was my guess.

I agree with the Bluetooth comment. My cell phone makes mine make noise when I'm close by with it, the same thing that every other piece of electronics with speakers does. Of that's not your problem hydrowaves customer service will no doubt take care of you.
