Tyler was tough. We managed almost ten pounds with 3 fish. When I left hill creek, 21 and some change was leading. Lots of wind made it hard to stay on our spots.

My partner did break the lake record channel cat on a crankbait. 6.9 I believe. Man, we thought we had a heck of a bass. It took forever to make it show itself. I hope he reports it.

Tyler was tough. We managed almost ten pounds with 3 fish. When I left hill creek, 21 and some change was leading. Lots of wind made it hard to stay on our spots. Wind was brutal, we manged 12.87 with four fish! It took 14+ to get paid! Did you guys catch that catfish out of the brush pile by the dock a couple of coves north of the marina?

Yea you probably saw us. Couple of idiots running around the boat with a net and a fishing rod thinking we had a DD..........

Yea you probably saw us. Couple of idiots running around the boat with a net and a fishing rod thinking we had a DD.......... We were in the white and blue skeeter further back in the cove! We thought you guys had a good one until he pulled it out! We decided not to fish the brush pile after you guys left!

Man, he had one right before the catfish that grabbed his crank, wrapped around the pole and never turned around before his line broke. We were sick. Then we hung that catfish and told ourselves that the one that brOke off was probably a cat too. At least I hope so. Anyway, yea, we put on a show. Those guys on the bank were all thinkin the same as us. They were all waiting to see a bucket mouth. It was still a rush even though it didn't put us in the money. Hey what won it?

I think you guys were fishing Willingham Bay..a.k.a "Telephone Cove".. Were you guys fishing the Boathouse that has all the brush underneath it and a big brush pile in the front of it?

had a 6+ grennel out of there yesterday lol Those things will do some damage to a treble hook lure..They will chomp it up..lol Had one make the treble hooks look like pretzels.
