I had a San Cristobal Elegancia last night. I wanted to have a San Lotano Oval after it, but after a really shoddy day and my phone constantly ringing, I couldn't relax enough to enjoy it. Dunno if i'll smoke anything tonight, but if I do, it'll probably be one of the last Man o' Wars left in my humidor.

When I finish this absolutely horrid quarter on February 11th, I think i'm gonna celebrate with a VSG or at least an Oliva V.

Acid Kuba

I can't handle the Acids, and would just as soon not be in the same room as someone who's smoking one. Those infused oils really do dominate a room.

To each their own. I enjoy acids. So do others here.

Pretty common price range, and there's a lot good there as well. San Cristobal Elegancia, Padron 2000, 4000, etc are good, and they're often about 4.50 or so. A lot of La Herencias are good as well if you can find them that cheap, La Escepcion, etc. Liga Privada has a lot of good sticks as well. If you're near Euless, Town and Country Cigars can get you set up pretty well.

And nobody is saying that you shouldn't, but there are others that find them pretty unpleasant. I smoke just about all types of cigars (except flavoreds) because there's so much different between them (it's like foods - you don't want the same dish to eat for every meal), but there's some that I just can't stomach, and Acids are one of them. The tobacco is infused in Acids rather than aged and cured, and it's something that doesn't fit well with my palate.

One thing I will say good about Acids is that Drew Estate sends a lot to troops overseas. When recent veterans or those still serving pop into the cigar shop, it's pretty common for them to go straight for the Acids because they developed a taste for them.

What PSG is trying to say is guys that smoke 4-8 cigars a week do not smoke acids because they suck
