8.73 ft low. My experience i would say you can not launch till it is around 5ft low.

This was how it looked about 2 weeks ago standing where the lake used to be looking back towards the ramp.

I do to. That place is going to be awesome if it ever fills back up. No pressure for around a year or so.

Is the lake Closed or off limits? I understand you can't launch but could you fish from small craft like a kayak or flatbottom?

Good question. I have heard you CAN launch from durgen bridge and I have heard that you will get a ticket. When I say launch I mean small boats. I don't think you can get to the big lake due to the old submerged bridge unless you had a kyack. Hope someone on here has some info.......

Lots of small boats put in under the bridge on Hwy 2658. Don't know where they go, or how far, but have seen many of them launch there.
