TexasSteve Extreme Angler Registered: 02/06/10 Posts: 1026 Loc: Richardson, TX	I wonder what the longest navigable <sp> river is in Texas. Where you can put in and not take out for days or even weeks? Seems like everything is damned up somehwre along the trail.

I would say either the Rio Grande above Amistad or the Trinity from Fort Worth to Lake Livingston. The Devils is the only river that claims to be undamed but it meets the Rio Grande and then quickly goes into Amistad so I'm not sure that really counts, fine line. Devils is only like 60 miles long. _________________________ Rivers fished: Devils, Llano, Pedernales, Blanco, Frio, Paluxy, Brazos, Concho, Colorado, San Marcos, and Guadalupe.
