on the cooking channel is pretty good. It's Paula Dean's son Bobby making some of her dishes, but making them much healthier. That has to me hard to do since she uses several pounds of butter and other fats in everything. I'll still enjoy her restaurants when in Savannah, but will try some of the things I've seen him cook.
