I thought this was interesting. I wonder what the recommended "permit system" will entail for paddlers/anglers?

I'm wanting to make this trip. Maybe the land owners and the fisherman can work the problems out through these meetings.

Lots of ideas...nothing accomplished. The river hasn't changed in 100 years, doubt it will. As popular as it is, how often do you see more than a few groups on the river on a 3 day trip out of Bakers?
