I'm trying to find spots to stay away form the crowd at Rowlett Creek this spring. Has anyone ever fished any of the creeks at Lavon during the run? I never see any threads, so I thought I'd ask.

if u can get to a feeder creek that feeds into lavon then maybe. Lavon dam is good for sandbass and hybrids when they open the gates. I go to different places in the spring, if u want we can keep contact for springtime sandies. Let me know wassup.

check the north end. pilot grove i think. water needs to be right

Indian Creek is a good creek to fish during the sandbass run.
