i'm going to grill a steak and cook up some bacon wrapped dove. grill some squash, maybe cook some orzo with mushroom and tomato.

Do you cook beef ribs same as pork ribs-i.e. 225degrees for 4 or 5 hours? Haven't cooked beef ribs in years. Seems like I grilled 'em more like steaks.

A few of my friends and I had a big cookout yesterday. Pork ribs, pork butt, venison backstrap, brisket, sausage and beef short ribs. I can still smell the smoke on my hands.
