Question about SPAM?

i cant say i grew up poor because we had a roof over our head and i always got a new pair of trax shoes and an occassional pair of rustler pants.but we sure did eat alot of spam,what exactly is in that nutritious untasty can of SPAM?

My old man would slice it and fry it, we would jump out the window to aviod being told to eat it.

We didn't eat much Spam, but sure had several cans of Vienna Sausages with my grandfather on the river bank learning to fish.
