He'll never be the tiger of old, but can he still be the worlds #1? no doubt I miss the old days of tiger. He had the ability to birdie any hole

i personally think he can dominate like his old days of 5-10 wins a year and at least a major. i have seen no signs of any other player that is or will be on his level. not even Rory. his US open win was dominant, but if Tiger was in form and playing along side Rory in the Open, im betting it would have been different. not to bad mouth Rory, because that kid has a lot of talent. but nobody is as mentally focused as Tiger.

hope your right. Tiger has been the greatest thing that happened for the game in a while. His recent choices weren't very good, but the game still revolves around him

I don't think it will be the Tiger of old....but he very well could win 3-4 tournaments this year.

agreed. the golf industry has erupted into an actual sport since he came on the scene. everyone roots against him now b/c they can't see past his marital affairs. which i understand. it was a pretty crappy move, but his personal life has nothing to do with his golf game. but people will continue to badger him and even if he breaks Jack's record, they will just say he doesn't deserve it or some crud like that. it's time to move on Tiger haters. i think Elin is doing just fine.

I think he will be better than he has ever been for the next three to five seasons and then slowly win less and less. I wouldnt be surprised to see him win two majors this year and three next

Tiger has at least another decade of good golf IF his back can hold up. I don't see that happening though with his current swing. His knee is already jacked up...

Tiger will never be the Tiger of Old. He will win maybe a couple more majors in the next 4-5 years. Maybe. You can have all the talent in the world but if your head is screwed up you cant be consistent. Golf is a Game of being Consistent. I can go play a round and shoot lights out thru 14-15 holes and then the Demons start talking to you? The little voice that says your not that good or just dont screw it up? Then you lose it and Play like a 18 handicapper. Same for Tiger. He lost all that when the world found out he was a Low-Life. He knows it and the world knows it and it will be in the back of his mind till the Day he passes on that Golf Course in the Sky. Not sure if he can put those demons to rest or not. If he does then he may win more then a couple but only Time will tell. This year will be a good gauge of what his future will be. Not injured and had a year to work on the game. We will see?

I don't care how many tournaments he wins but the big question is will he beat Jack Nicklaus' record of 18 majors.
He's at 14 now and it's going to be harder for him to win 4 more majors than it was for him to win the first 14.

he won 14 majors in 15 years. he only needs 5 more in about a 10 year time frame. remember, his last major was won on one leg...

He will break Jacks record in the next three years

I think you have to golf to really appreciate just how good he was/is. When it comes to athletes i don't care how low life they are. They aren't roll models. I have my dad and grandpa's for that, but just the ability to play golf like he used to just amazes me. I've played since I was 6 and still have yet to have a round under par

If Tiger makes putts he can roll up a major or 2 and 5-7 wins. I don't think he will dominate like he did in the past the fields are alot deeper now. People can say what they want if Tiger would have made his short putts in The Masters last yr he would have won a major last yr. I still think he can be the #1 player in the world again.

First round he was 10/14 fairways hit and 17/18 greens hit. That is Tiger of old. The 35 putts wasn't.

According to your sampling he should several in the last 4 years? Not! Not saying he cant. Just not sure if he will? Only time will tell>

Not sure who else is going to compete with him? Rory is the next big star, but I'm not sure how mentally in it he is/how bad he wants it
