that if one of your batteries is totally dead on a 36 volt trolling motor; your motor will not run at all!!! I knew I had "one" questionable battery today and ended up on the water at Rayburn this morning with a non-working trolling motor. Ended up buying two new batteries to get the thing to run again. Not a good day. Oh, I forgot to mention the flat trailer tire at the ramp as well!

Oh Well, better today then Saturday at the tournament!

Just thought it might save someone alot of troubleshooting effort. The switches on the pedal would "click" but the motor wouldn't turn so I suspected a problem at the pedal but it was just a bad battery! Who knew?!!

Be careful, bad things often come in threes.

It cost me over $200 to get it going again; can we count that as #3 so I don't have to worry for the whole weekend?!!

I'll count that. At least you're fishing this weekend, I have to work.
