I made trip to cooper lake this afternoon to look at south sulphur , tira and doctors creek ramps. South sulphur ramp as of this afternoon has enough water to unload a small flatbottom boat. Tira and doctors creek have plenty of water to launch from. As of this afternoon the lake level was 430.80 normal level is 440 and it is still rising.
I am looking foward to a KILLER spring on Cooper lake. I remember the last time the lake reopened from being too low. It was AMAZING fishing....

It will take a couple of weeks for the water to clear up. It should be GAME ON by the middle of Feb!!!!
As of noon today Cooper is only 8ft low. It was 7ft low this time last year.

George I agree, Travis's fish was huge. Copper should be ready for a slaughter fest. No fishing pressure in at least 6-7 months, they will probably hit anything put in front of their nose.

Me and Special K will be hitting 'em in the face soon too, will update the boys once we're on 'em.
