Triple Murder in Dallas

A friend of mine from high school, Donya Davis Palmer, was murder along with her parents this morning in Dallas. I just found out, and I am stunned, outraged, and sad. Donya was a great girl, but I had not seen her since high school. She was, however, one of the first people I reconnected with on Facebook. @DJ: 1982. Donya was the editor of our yearbook, and I was a photographer. She was a wonderful girl. I am just incredibly sad right now.

Very sorry to hear I hope they've caught the SOB who did this.
They did...it's her estranged husband. I read about it earlier today. I'm sorry for your loss, Mark. Thankfully her sister and niece are okay. The sister was stabbed as well. Sad situation. Prayers sent for those that knew and loved those murdered.

This is a recent picture of Donya that is on Facebook.  The outpouring of sadness over her death by my former classmates is amazing. Please say a prayer or give a good thought for my friend, her children, and family.

I grew up about two streets away from that house and attended BA in the 70's. Very tragic loss of life.

Sad.
It's wild the killer knifed them all. Capital murder...hope he gets the needle. I get labeled a liberal on this forum all the time, but I do not have a problem with the death penalty for crimes like this. My ex and I are on good terms, and I find it unimaginable how someone can get so worked up to stalk and kill three people. Luckily, Donya's sister was only stabbed in the arm, hid with her daughter in an upstairs room, and called 911 so that this monster was caught. The shock has still not worn off.
