I need to quit...everytime I try I do well for a couple weeks and then have a few beers one night then just instinctivly have a dip and its back to square one. Good luck sir! Definatly a mental game

I can help. So that you don't feel totally without, simply send me a check for $40 a week, or whatever the amount was you spent on snuff. As time goes by you can lower the amount you send to me.

I threw away about 1/4-1/2 can when I quit. Just kinda said eff it.. And done. Bummed a couple dips off Bogey when we fished the following Saturday.. But that was all she wrote.
And now I look even more like brad Pitt than ever before. So Sayeth the women folk.

Walked away about 6 years ago and never looked back. It's hard at first but you would've quit a long time ago if it were easy- right.
Just as it gets the toughest, is when you'll crest the hill and see the possibility of life without it.
I knew I could never touch it again, it was stronger than me and I beat it when I recognized that fact.
