Its good for ya'lls business also..Thought about that earlier..Went to the dam alittle earlier and it looked to be about a foot low but with the run off we are still getting it will be full in no time.
According to the BRA website, they have dropped the gates. Currently releasing water at 7,000 cfs.
Barbara is in the know..I'm pretty sure they have to open the gates as the lake is dam near full already and we still have alot of runoff coming..Barracades at Rough Creek have already been taken up.Either way its nice to have some ramps open..I for one could care less if they let the lake dry up.It will be years before the lake is worth fishing and by then golden algea would have probably already hit again.
Give it a month and it will be game on The Wensday night tour will take 12-15 lbs 3 fish to win we have been here for the last 9 years of fish kills The bigg get better and the small weak go away Just glad to have water saves on GAS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
With the lake being full now, I wonder if CAST metroplex division will move the first tournament back to Granbury instead of Squaw Creek????? It was moved due to the ramps being closed and the GA.
