I live right beside the dam, just of 182 on Chaney Creek. Driving towards the dam which is about 3/4 miles from my gate, you can see creeks running and stock tanks overflowing. The 366 value you were looking at is probably correct as Fork Creek is flowing. It is the result of run off and not the result of a release from the Dam. Now I am wondering where the gauge is that is registering that flow. I will stop by the SRA later today and find out.

I registered 2.6 inches of rain in total. I heard they had more rain in Sulphur Springs which will impact the lake level much more than rain in my immediate area.
