Tuff skinz has had a customer service problem for years. I Have two of the tuff skinz covers and love them. They do not seem to respond to calls or emails.

Great product, service sucks....I hate to say it but sometimes the truth hurts

I'm with you Rodney. I've got one, but it took two trips to get the correct fit for my 150. I really like it, but darn, a man with money in his hand should not have to struggle to 'buy' something. 940-206-6875 is the contact number I have in my phone.
Hope this helps.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would run my motor without a cowling before I would try to deal with them again.

I had just the opposite experience with Tuff Skinz. I called and left a message and they called back within a few minutes. Told them what I wanted to order and was at my door within 3 or 4 days. The number I have is (214) 460-8724.

Ditto!!
Just ordered a cover. Placed the order Friday and had the cover with no issues on Tuesday. Guess it depends on what day you get with them.

I bought a cover from them once and kind of went ring around the rosey to get the right one, but when it showed up it was right. I just cant see spending the amount of money that some of these companies are charging for a damn cowling cover. The boat I have now came with the factory Yamaha storage cover and I just take it off when I am on the lake. Spray the cowling done with BBS at the end of the day and travel with the storage cover on. Near $200 and up for a vented cover is just plain ridiculous if you ask me.

Kind of funny. I just picked up my new cover from Tuff Skinz Friday. Communication was great, and turn around was about a week. Very happy with them.
Thanks Greg.

Here you go. It is hard to tell in the pic, but the vents are mesh vented.
