What region of the state has the best sticks?

If you had to choose a region of the state where the best overall fisherman are....
Where would it be?
For me, I would say SamRayburn /Toledo Bend area- no question
For all you tards, I'm not curious who the best fisherMAN is... I was wondering about what part of the state... what lake regions

West Texas has some good sticks to have no water. These guys are pretty good on any lake.
