Sure this has come up many times before, but I could not search for it. Does having eyes on jigs make a differance or do they catch more fisherman than Crappie?

Some say you don't even have to paint your jig heads.....When they are biting good I have caught them on a half a minnow, the back half. I don't have any prof, but I think the clearer the water and the less active the fish, your odds will improve the more realistic your bait is... JMO!!

Don't you guys know that a blind jig don't catch as many fish as one that can see...:-)

I use paint pens, put a dot of white, let it dry & put a smaller dot of black. Learned it from Jigum & it looks good.
