All Academys take reels send to one person to clean. Do not know turn around time. I have used a place called "Tackle Hut" at 216C West Little York. Its off 45N outside 610 loop. Phone 713-694-8008. Small tackle shop. Have used this guy several times over the years and has a quick turn aruond time.Does a good job.

ChampionOwner I have a guy in Splendora That does an awesome job pretty cheap to. You can google him Waynes reel repair.

I have used them and they cleaned my Curados to like new condition. They only complain I have is they took 2 weeks. i've been using those guys since the 80's, they are always BUSY but it's becasue they are good and dependable. they also make custom rods too..

Nothing like last Minute reel cleaning LOL!! Right and repair. I hooked into one at Conroe Sunday and felt like my reel melted in my hand. And no I didn't get it in but I saw it

there is one about 10 miles northeast of conroe I use called dads ole tackle. They are good honest people. you got any contact info?
