I was out fishing on Lake Lewisville this past weekend and saw 3 kayaks across from Lake Park. Were you guys fishing? I am looking to take my kayak out on LL but need to go with someone since I have not been in my yak yet!

Do you ever drift fish from your boat for blues on LL?
Got this X off a point near two poles?

GoFishNow, PM me if you would like to try the Elm Fork. Looks like you are in Coppell so it would be an easy, safe place to try for your first time in the water.

Ron, there is a small lake across the highway just south of the I 35 bridge that has some fish in it. Good place to check out. I've been there once and caught a couple but has potential.

I did drift with Capt. Larry on his boat last Monday and got this one on Lavon.

That lake south of the I 35 bridge does look like a good spot to check out.

That's a nice blue. LL has a healthy population too. they will be moving shallow in the spring to spawn wink
As you know LL is BIG and can get ROUGH in a hurry from the four corners.
i havent yaked it this winter but will come spring - summer.
if you do just be careful. get ya a dry bag put some extra clothes in it, wear your pfd & have some fun!
hope to get to fish with ya this year.
