Never been out to Joe Pool before can yall tell me if boat ramps are open, if not are there any lakes in the Ft. Worth area that are.... THANKS

All ramps should be open. It's only a little over a foot low right now.

Joe Pool can be tough in the winter. Slow rolling a spinnerbait has worked in the past...

only docks to flip are the marinas at the state park and lynn creek marina...fishing is really tough there, went all day on saturday with only one bite which was in deep grass but was a quality fish, I would recommend fishing creek channels but joe pool is a tough lake in my opinion

Hmmm that stinks, well is there any other lake in the ft worth area that produce good fish and the ramps are open

Water temps below 50 just throw a topwater..You live 2 minutes from Wheeler Branch,just go drap a jig and catch a few fish.

Man im tired of fishin wheeler branch with the slot limit it's hard to make a good meal outta 5 12 inch fish
