I like Jim Bowies, and Omas. they are two different styles of jerky though.

Krolczyk's Meat Market just outside of Hempstead.Tx has the best jerky I've ever had and I consider myself to be a connoisseur of jerky. They make both beef and turkey jerky. I don't think they have a website but their address and phone# is:

I'll plow through a pound of Prasek's in a trip from Houston to Corpus and back. Actually, I'll stop on the way in Hillje and then need to stop on my way back so that I have a little left over beyond my trip.
It's better than Woody's imo.
