We had a great time with Milly today. She is looking for her forever home. She is a rescue lab from DFW Labrador rescue. We are new to volunteering with the group. They have a bunch of great dogs. She had a alot of families interested in her. Great dog.

Good on you John. I just recently got a Brittany from ABR named Max. He has been a joy to the wife and I as well as my other Brittany Abby. If you folks are thinking about a dog then take a look at the dogs that are up for adoption through the many rescue organizations.

We have 3 dogs now. My wife and i enjoy helping out dogs. We support the Humane Society, DFW lab rescue, SPCA and Legacy Boxer rescue.

The foster could not take the dog to the meet and greet. We took Milly and she was great. She was extemely calm and laid back. Better than our 3 dogs would be around so many people. We only had her for about 5 hours. She rode in the truck great. Met about 100 people and about 50 children. The last picture she was getting a belly rub from some children. She was a great dog. I think she is going to a retired couple that has grandkids and a 2nd home on Lake Fork. I think she is adopted. But please check out adoption from DFW lab resuce or other dog rescues. I thought the Lab rescue was a good fit for me because i could take a great dog fishing and introduce them to a bunch of people on the lakes. Bump for Milly and her friends.
