On Friday I fished with my buds Ronny and Howard. We fished two spots, starting in some 8-9 foot water. Here we caught mostly blue cats and after 26 fish we moved to another spot, about 8 foot deep, in some stumps. This spot was mostly channel cats, with a couple of blues mixed in. We got 14 more fish here and ended the day at 11am due to high south winds, with 40 cats.

On Saturday I had Lloyd of Cut N Shoot return with two of his friends, Dean and Brent. Winds started at about 10mph out of the north. We fished the same two spots that we had fished the previous day. The first spot produced only a couple blues out of 27 fish, where Friday had been 80% blues in that spot. At the second spot we had mostly channel cats with about 5 blues mixed in, and here they managed to put 48 more fish in the boat to finish out their limit of 75 fish.

Once again, all fish caught on CJ's Crawdad punch bait, using tight lines, 7-9 foot water.
