Barbie hair. I just spent the last hour or so playing with my daughter and her Barbie Princesses, and the Princess castle we got her for Christmas. As long as I can remember the feeling of Barbie hair has freaked me out. I can't stand it. It is like how some people are to fingernails on a chalkboard.

Have you ever felt it? It is so coarse and rough. It's just odd, and another thing about Barbies that freaks me out is bending their legs. They have this nasty popping sound like you are really breaking bone.

I have a little girl and I know girls love to do girly things with their dad, but there are certain things I will not post on the internet and this would be one. You sound like you had more fun playing with the barbie than your daughter. You comment on the coarse hair and the sound the legs make when you bend them. Too much information.

The reason why the "hair" creeps you out is because it is plastic hair. It is the same type of "hair" that is used for halloween wigs. Katie Perry's blue hair wig is made from the same stuff.

Just be glad your wife is not one of those women who gets a weave that uses the plastic hair to supplement her own hair.

I spent plenty of time playing Barbie with my daughter. Fortunately, she moved on to Mario Kart Double Dash and now we're on the same wavelength. Keep it up RATZ. Barbies, video games, fishing, camping, cooking, anything. That time will slip though your fingers like mercury and be gone before you know what happened.

That reminds me, Barbie never bothered me but that Furby wigged me out. I never put new batteries in that thing and it got cycled out of the toy box.
