I have had the same fishing buddy( ragged edge ) for at least ten years. He has been a dedicated as I have been and we have spent countless hours on the road and on the water together. He fishes like I do and has always been ready to go...just mention fishing to him and he was there. He has decided to relocate to a foreign country ( New Mexico ). He surely has his reasons but I hope he can convert to trout. But all is not lost cause my son has just moved close to me. We also fish every chance we get. He does not have a forum name so for now let's just call him Hog Tender. I think every other thought for him has something to do with fishing. I have deep sorrow my old pal is leaving but by God's Grace I have a new partner. I am blessed.

His Arse has been dead a long time but he is one heck of a fisherman. I would never tell him that though. King...no but friend and companion..yes. He is so old fashioned that you would need to go back at least 50 years to be in his world!!! Modern day technology is as foreign to him as a rocket ship to a Roman. I'm gonna miss his crusty old ways!!!!!

I have found myself in need of a replacement fishing buddy of good friend helped me a lot. I usually fish around Balmain and Birchgrove, but I'm happy to travel further east to meet up with someone. thank you so much god. We called should have a replacement later today. Thanks again for the info!!
